Citizen Survey to be Coming Soon

Released 10/13/08
Olathe's annual DirectionFinder citizen survey is a critical tool for the City and City Council to ensure resident priorities are met. Especially during challenging financial times, the City relies on resident input to help ensure limited resources are used to match resident priorities.
This will be the eighth year the survey is sent, and it has a margin of error of 3.5%. About 1,100 surveys will be evaluated using both postage and phone calls. This type of resident input is critical to City decisions, and residents are asked to strongly consider completing the survey and returning it to ETC Institute, the company contracted to conduct it. Surveys will be mailed in the coming weeks, and the final results are planned to be available in January.
