Cover it Live news
by Editor
From coveritlive.com:

Hello,

With the 3,000,000+ readers of live events our software gets each month, we decided to finally open up CoveritLive Search to help them find even more live coverage created by our user base.

We held this feature back until we were certain that, at least for the marquee events, our user base was generating enough content to be of interest.  I cannot promise that if you type in "Chicago Blackhawks" there will be someone covering the game but for now, this will be a useful feature for events with a large global or regional audience.

By the way, you can always choose to NOT have your events included in the CoveritLive Search results if you would like to keep them private.  Your default setting can be turned on or off on an event by event basis.

We hope this development can start to bring you more new readers soon.

Coming Up in Early 2009:
- Enhanced Q&A and Panel Discussion:  edit your reader comments before you publish, enhancements to collect questions before you go live, better communication between panelists (i.e. get notified if they are typing their answer...like MSN Messenger).
- Expansion of 'unmoderated' Reader Comments:  reducing the burden of comment approval if you have readers you can trust.
- The Ticker/Scoreboard Feature:  creates a 'stock ticker' that runs inside your Viewer Window with information you create (the score of the game, a link to a live video stream, etc.).

Thank you as always for your support.
