AP: Pitchers only All-Stars for Royals, White Sox

(AP) - KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A pitcher from the Kansas City Royals and one from the Chicago White Sox have been chosen for the American League All-Star team.

The announcements Sunday included Royals righthander Zack Greinke, who drew more votes from players than any other pitcher in either league. Greinke is 10-4 and his ERA of 2.00 is the best in the majors. He was the only Royals player chosen.

White Sox lefthander Mark Buehrle also made the team. He’s 8-2 with an ERA of 3.09.
