AP: Roeder mailings say Tiller murder justified
The man charged with fatally shooting Wichita abortion provider George Tiller has been advocating through mailings from his jail cell that such killings are justifiable.
Scott Roeder, 51, also has been communicating with people on the fringes of the anti-abortion movement, weeks after suggesting that others might be planning similar attacks.
Roeder is charged with first-degree murder and aggravated assault in Tiller’s death May 31.
